MTX awards Kranitz as Biggest Baddest Boldest installer of 2004!

Las Vegas - USA

MTX Audio announced Wednesday, January 5, that Jason Kranitz of Car Toys in Portland accepted the honor of Biggest Baddest Boldest Installer of 2004 and the check for $15,000 during the MTX press conference at the 2005 Consumer Electronics Show.

In 2004, every month MTX challenged installers around the world to submit their most creative installs using MTX product to compete for the title of Biggest Baddest Boldest Installer. Each monthly winner received a $500 prize and the chance to win the grand prize of $15,000 with an all expenses-paid trip to CES 2005. Kranitz was awarded the grand prize for the install in a late model Isuzu Rodeo he submitted for the March contest.

„It’s such an honor to be named the Biggest Baddest Boldest installer of the year," said Kranitz. „I‚ve been in the industry for thirteen years and there hasn‚t been a single manufacturer who has done anything to recognize the installers until now. It‚s amazing how supportive everyone at Mitek has been."

The second place honor was awarded to Anthony Bonanno of Independence Audio in Independence, Missouri and the third place went to Warren Jerris of A and B Sound in Winnipeg, Canada. The installers were awarded $7,500 and $2,500 prizes respectively.
